Apothecary eCommerce Marketing

Jennifer owns an upscale skincare boutique in Chicago. She had an existing website that she was using for informational purposes, to sign customers up for her mailing list, to book appointments, etc. During the covid closure she decided that she needed to start expanding her website to include an online shop where her clients could get their favorite products without needing to come to her. She really put our team to the test developing complicated gift boxes and product variations, automated shipping labels, and inventory tracking.
Most recently, Jennifer completed 135 hours of fundamental training for cosmetic tattooing with an emphasis on 3D microblading brows at the Advanced Permanent Cosmetic Academy. The Academy is a state accredited school, while many others are not. Jennifer is licensed and insured and has been approved by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Her 22+ years of shaping and grooming client eyebrows has made for a natural transition to microblading.
This website has been a lot of fun to work on and educational as well. We have learned a great deal about beauty products through our work with Jennifer and hope to work with her more in the future.
